1 / New Doodle
Please fill out a new doodle intake form, and email it to us before your appointment.
2 / Cancellation Policy
Please give 48 hours notice to cancel / reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment. A no call/no answer will be charged the full amount of the appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service. You will be given a grace period of 15 minutes. If this is not your first time and we have no way to enter you will be charged $1/minute after the first 15 minutes up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full price of your service.
3 / Timing
As the services are based upon each doodles’ individual needs, timing may vary. We strive to complete full grooms within 2-4 hours and bath & tidy services within 2 hours. If you have any time constraints, please be sure to let us know with ample notice, and we will do our best to accommodate.
We will always send a text 30 minutes before we’re done with their glam.
4 / Does a human need to be home during the grooming session?
For your first groom, we say Yes so we can meet and greet.
5 / What to expect with the grooming appointment?
We will confirm our arrival time the day before the appointment and then text you when we’re outside - just let us know if you have any special requests (eg, park the van on the side of the apartment building, and we can meet you at your door or you can bring your dog outside.
6 / How often should doodles be groomed?
As we get to know you and your doodle we can set up an ideal schedule. It is crucial you brush your doodle 1-2x a week to prevent matting.
Recurring grooms is ideal for your dog's health. Also, anxious or nervous dogs benefit greatly from regular and recurring groom sessions.
